In order to downgrade your subscription to another membership level, it requires a two-step process:
STEP 1. Cancel your current membership level
Currently, there is not an automated option for customers to cancel their monthly subscription online. All subscription cancellations will need to be completed by a customer care adviser.
You can request your subscription be canceled in order to downgrade by submitting a ticket:
STEP 2. Resubscribe at the membership level you desire.
