SETUP THE INSTAGRAM FEED


Step 1 - ACTIVATE THE PLUGIN 


  1. From your dashboard, select Plugins from the left-hand menu

  2. Scroll through the available plugins or type in the search bar for a particular plugin.

  3. Once you find the plugin, click Activate.

  4. To verify the plugin is activated, you'll find a green check mark on in the corner.


Step 2


After activating, now you need set up the Instagram Feed, just go to left sidebar menu, hover the mouse to Instagram Feed

  1. You must click on the button to get your Instagram token and User ID. it will redirect to Instagram and will show the login page



  2. after login, it will redirect again to your WKG Site, and the access token it's already filled by the system



  3. in the Show Photos Form, enter your user ID, then you can click the Save Changes button



after Set up the Configure, now navigate to the Customize page to customize your feed, in this section, you can set the width, height and Photos setting



Now, after you've customized your feed, don't forget to save, then click the on Display Your Feed tab to get the shortcode



Now, Instagram Feed is already actively using your account. now, if you want to display your Instagram, you need to add this shortcode to the page/post: [instagram-feed]


Step 3


ADD INSTAGRAM TO SIDEBAR OR PAGE

Your Instagram is already set up, now you can display your Instagram Feed on your Post, Page or Widget, you just need to add [instagram-feed]on the page you want to display.


In this example, I will show you how to add facebook feed to the sidebar, here is the step :


  1. Go to the Widget Blocks > New Widget Block



  2. Enter the Name of the widget and copy paste the shortcode, then click publish



  3. Now, to enable the widget, go to Site Setup > Sidebar & Footer.




  4. I want to add the widget to the sidebar blog, so now go find the "Widget Blocks Widget", select Blog Sidebar Widgets, then click Add Widget.
  5. Now go to the Blog Sidebar Widgets, it will show the new Widget Block Widget in the bottom, click that widget, and select Instagram Widget to that area, uncheck "show title" if you want to hide the title, and click SAVE.



  6. Your Instagram Widget is now active on your web.
