Forms on your website are a handy tool that can...

  • Capture a new lead's name and email in exchange for something free (list building)
  • Accept Credit Card or PayPal payments to a paid program or service
  • Survey your audience
  • And so much more! 


To create a new form, use the following instructions:

  1. From the navigation bar on your dashboard, select Forms > New Form.
  2. Enter the Form Title and Form Description
  3. On the right side of the screen, click to expand the Advanced Fields option.
  4. Drag and drop and drop "Name" to the left side of the screen.
  5. Click the arrow on the top right side of the Name: Field ID 1 section to expand the box.
  6. Scroll down and select the Required checkbox. (By selecting required, that means the field must be completed before someone can submit their answers to you.)
  7. Scroll up and click the arrow on the top right side of the Name: Field ID 1 section again to collapse the box. 
  8. Repeat steps 4 through 7 to add an Email field and a Phone Number field. NOTE: In the video example below, we did not require the phone number in order to submit the form. 
  9. Click the blue Update button to save your form.

To edit an existing form, use the following instructions:

  1. From the navigation bar on your dashboard, select Forms and wait for the page to load.
  2. Select the form you want to edit.
  3. To change the form name, select the title on the top left side of the screen and enter the new title.
  4. Delete any fields that aren't relevant by clicking the X in the top right corner of the field you want to get rid of.
  5. Drag and drop any new fields and mark them as required, if needed.
  6. Add as many fields as you need, then click the blue Update button.
