ActiveCampaign makes it easy to send email newsletters to your customers, manage your subscriber lists, and track campaign performance. Use Gravity Forms to collect customer information and automatically add them to your ActiveCampaign list.


SITEWIDE SETTINGS

  1. Choose Forms from the menu bar on the left. 
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Click on ActiveCampaign.
  4. Enter the API URL and API Key and click Update Settings.

SETTINGS PER FORM

  1. Choose the form you want to link to Active Campaign
  2. Go to Settings > Active Campaign for the selected form
  3. Click Add New

  4. Enter the Feed Name & Select the ActiveCampaign List from the drop-down menu. (If you do not see the list you want to use in your drop-down menu, create a new List in ActiveCampaign and save it so it can populate on your form.)

  5. Map the form fields to match your ActiveCampaign list. 
  6. Add any Tags or update any additional settings as needed.
  7. Click update settings.
