MailChimp makes it easy to send email newsletters to your customers, manage your subscriber lists, and track campaign performance. Use Gravity Forms to collect customer information and automatically add them to your MailChimp list.


SITEWIDE SETTINGS

  1. Choose Forms from the menu bar on the left. 
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Click on MailChimp.
  4. Enter the MailChimp API Key (see directions below to find API key in your MailChimp account)
  5. Click Update Settings


HOW TO FIND API KEY IN MAILCHIMP

  1. To find your unique API key, log into your MailChimp account. Click on your account in the right hand corner and select Account from the dropdown menu. 
  2. Next, select Extras --> API Keys. Copy your API key and return to your form settings. 


SETTINGS PER FORM

  1. Go to Forms
  2. Select a form you want to link to MailChimp
  3. Go to Settings > MailChimp for the selected form 

  4. Click Add New


  5. Enter the Feed Name & Select the MailChimp List from the drop-down menu. (If you do not see the list you want to use in your drop-down menu, create a new List in MailChimp and save it so it can populate on your form.)
  6. Map the form fields to match your MailChimp list. 
  7. Add any Tags or update any additional settings as needed.
  8. Click update settings.
